Sally Baker, Owner, and Chief Idea Officer
Sally Baker is a visionary with the ability to quickly and accurately assess a company's unique market position and build a plan around it. Her knack for seeing the "big picture" and passion for helping clients discover and communicate what makes them unique has heightened their public visibility, enhanced their image and, ultimately, resulted in a boost in profits. She is an expert at making complex issues and concepts simple and compelling and transforming the ordinary into timely and important messages. Sally has a highly-developed business savvy and a broad base of experience in innovation, finance, solar, as well as health and beauty and the arts. She helped pioneer the concept of independent creative teams working together in Arizona which was featured on the front page of the Arizona Republic Business section in 1993.

In addition to her 27-years of media relations experience, Sally was a freelance writer for the Phoenix Business Journal where she honed her reporting skills and perfected her sense of "newsworthiness." Clients appreciate her ability to communicate the various elements of their messages that appeal to the media and to integrate them into other marketing vehicles. Sally works with both earned and social media on a national, regional and local level to place stories and coordinate all areas of marketing to make sure they are integrated and working powerfully together. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in government and politics with a minor in energy and environmental policy.

 
Susanne Tso, Writer/Journalist
Susanne Tso is an award-winning writer/journalist. She is well-regarded for her work as a newspaper columnist, feature writer, publications editor, corporate press representative, publicist and copy writer. She is the recipient of several Gold Quill awards from the International Association of Business Communicators for writing and producing two company annual reports and an advertorial series that appeared in the Phoenix Business Journal. Her work has appeared in local, national and international publications, including MOM magazine, The Arizona Republic newspaper, 101 North Magazine, Your Health Monthly magazine and numerous other publications. Her many clients have included Motorola, Maricopa Community College District and Allstate Insurance Co. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in broadcast journalism from Arizona State University.
 
Nancy Greystone, Media Coach
Nancy was the top producer for the number one radio talk show in Los Angeles California. Producers are the powers behind the throne, the ones who decide who get those few coveted slots of radio and TV airtime. As a producer, Nancy helped her radio guests refine their show ideas and ensure that their topic had the widest possible appeal for the shows listeners. When her boss left the radio world, Nancy opened her own media coaching agency to help her clients become superb at conveying their message in a way that it is remembered, repeated, acted upon and loved by the public.
 

John Murdock, Graphic Designer/Statistical Analysis
John has over 25 years experience as a graphic design and business professional. In recent years he taught graphic design at several major universities. His areas of expertise include: branding, identity systems, logo design, print design, packaging, advertising, statistical analysis and copy editing. John has worked successfully with hundreds of prominent clients including national resort chains, The Heard Museum, Phoenix Art Museum and Arizona Highways Magazine. He has received numerous national awards for design and illustration. John holds a Master of Science in Design degree from Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Fine Art degree from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of General Studies degree from University of Missouri.

 

Chase Murdock, Online Marketing/Financial Analysis
Chase manages, tracks, optimizes and grows all Pay Per Click advertising and email marketing to maximize exposure and revenue while maintaining a positive profit margin. He currently fills this role at a golf publishing company where he has facilitated rapid growth in the company. In January 2013 the advertising generated 121MM impressions, 144K clicks and 16,092 conversions with monthly revenue in excess of $125,000 – doubling the numbers of the prior month and continuing to increase numbers into 2013.
Chase’s expertise and experience includes:

  • Google AdWords (Keyword Search, Topic Search, Display Network, Display Campaign Optimizer and Retargeting) – to manage, optimize and expand campaigns encompassing 1000’s of keywords, ads and banners.
  • Google Analytics – optimizing large data sets in Excel. Using technical and statistical expertise combined with common sense, to extract, scrub and organize the most relevant data to make informed decisions for refining existing strategies and identifying where new advertising should be deployed. Finding where and how to effectively deploy and re-deploy advertising dollars is his most valuable skill.
  • Infusionsoft (customer tracking and campaign building software) – creates and optimizes email marketing campaigns and accurately tracks and maximizes value. Seamless integration of data from Google Analytics and other sources to provide superior client reporting.
  • KISS Analytics and ITracker 360 – to utilize advanced proprietary software to split-test and track everything from ad content and placement efficacy to email headline, landing page, sales page and upsell chain optimization. This includes but is not limited to copywriting, page organization and content generation.

Chase holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering degree from Princeton University, 2006.
